The project was scoped out with dates and a timeline and estimates (all available online for you to view). Communication is excellent. I’ve always been able to get ahold of someone and get an answer to my questions or address my concerns. We’re halfway through the remodel and it’s going on track with the timeline that was given to me, and the work has been excellent! I am spoiled by their customer service 😀
