April 21, 2022So far so good! I am using The House Manager for a complete bathroom remodel. They handle all coordination with the different trades (floor, plumbing, demolition, etc.). The project was scoped out with dates and a timeline and estimates (all available online for you to view). Communication is excellent. I’ve always been able to get ahold of someone and get an answer to my questions or address my concerns. We’re halfway through the remodel and it’s going on track with the timeline that was given to me, and the work has been excellent! I am spoiled by their customer service 😀

We have used The House Manager for two different projects and had a great experience both times. With just a phone call and a couple of text messages our jobs were set up and scheduled for us. The contractors who arrived to do the work were friendly and professional. Looking forward to using them again in the future!

I have worked as a contractor for The House Manager and it has been a great experience all the way around. Cat shares the same values that we do of truly taking care of our customers and providing a professional white glove treatment to every single one. They were extremely communicative throughout the whole process which kept everything going very smoothly. Also, unlike many contractors I have worked with, their folks show up when they say they will and complete the work in a timely fashion. One last, but very important thing- they are wonderful people who are genuinely committed to making sure that their customers are 100% satisfied. They are the first folks I call when I have a project around the house.

For years my garage door made squealing noises when opening and closing. I thought that was normal, but apparently it wasn't. I had The House Manager come out to fix the problem that developed where some of the rollers started popping out of the track. That was fixed, as well as the alignment of the tracks and rollers, and the tension of the springs. Now the door has almost no squealing and the tracks are aligned snugly along the door. I hear little except for the whirring of the opener.
The House Manager took care of all this and I didn't have to go chasing down workers or anything. It couldn't have been easier for me.

February 8, 2017 Highly recommend The House Manager. They helped us get a nursery ready in our house doing electrical and remodeling a closet. Everything was done exactly as discussed, and finished exactly at the day/time we expected. There were no surprises and that was fantastic!! April 22, 2020 Today, as I was waiting at the vet for my dog's blood work results and his medicine, The House Manager was at my house and get things done for me. My couch was finally cleaned professionally, my broken mail box was replaced (she even bought the new one for me), rugs would be cleaned professionally as well, also would be getting my gate fixed soon.
Cat, the owner was so helpful, and free up my time to focus on taking care my dog and my work from home.
She would be taking care of other things for me around the house (replacing dead bulbs and change batteries for my smoke detectors which are too high for me to do it on my own) soon.
For a busy professional like myself, she is such a HUGE help. She took care every little small details that I might miss.
Delegating errands, so I can enjoy my spare time better.

May 18, 2017 We needed our chimney repaired after Harvey. We were worried about getting the run around, being charged too much, and not being able to get it repaired soon.
